Terms of Service

By using ApplyBean AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

ApplyBean AI helps you analyze your CV, discover matching jobs from public job boards, generate cover letters, and track your applications. Some features assist you in applying but final submission on third-party sites is your responsibility.

You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for the content you upload (CVs, cover letters, notes).

Premium plans (Day Pass €4.90 with up to 20 AI applies, Monthly €24.90 with up to 150 AI applies) are billed in advance. Day Pass is non-refundable. Monthly renews automatically until canceled from Preferences. Prices include VAT where applicable.

AI outputs (match scores, cover letters, optimized CVs) are suggestions. Review them before sending to employers. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or accuracy of scraped job data.

Job listings are sourced from public APIs (Adzuna, Jooble, RemoteOK, and others). We are not affiliated with those boards or the employers.

You can delete your account at any time from Preferences. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
